By accessing or using the Project Planner application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Project Planner is a project management tool developed by Infigen that provides:

• Gantt-style timeline visualization for project planning.
• Task and subtask creation, editing, and tracking.
• User assignment and team collaboration features.
• Email notifications for task assignments.

The App is available as a web application and as a Microsoft Teams tab.

2. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Microsoft 365 organizational account to use the App.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must have a valid Microsoft 365 license provided by your organization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users or organizations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.

4. Intellectual Property

The Project Planner application, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Infigen. All rights reserved.

Your project data, tasks, and content created within the App belong to you and your organization.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available at all times without interruption.
• The App will be free of errors or defects.
• The App will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infigen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of data or project information.
• Service downtime or interruptions.
• Failures of third-party services (Microsoft, Vercel).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
