- Microsoft account information — your name, email address, and user ID, obtained through Microsoft Azure AD sign-in.
- Project data — projects, tasks, and subtasks you create within the application.
- User assignments — information about which users are assigned to tasks and subtasks.
We do not collect passwords. Authentication is handled entirely by Microsoft Azure AD.

- Project data is stored in your organization's SharePoint lists within your Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Authentication tokens are stored in your browser's session storage and are cleared when you close the browser.
- We do not store your Microsoft password or any credentials on our servers.

- We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing services.
- Your data is only shared with the Microsoft services listed above, as required for the application to function.

Your project data is retained as long as your account is active and the projects exist. You may delete your projects at any time through the application interface. If you wish to have all your data removed, please contact us.
